Great location. A few minutes walk to Omori train station. Across the road from a Lawsons, with more convenience stores down the road and near the train station. Restaurants and cafes nearby, too. About 18 minutes by train to Tokyo Station. Trains can get pretty full but part of the experience. The hotel itself was modern, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We were a group of 5 and had 2 rooms. Both were big enough for all of us. The staff were friendly and helpful. Some staff speak English. There's a restaurant there that serves a buffet breakfast daily, as well as lunch at the weekends. We enjoyed staying in Omori. It's a lovely, quieter place that we were pleased to come back to after the hustle and bustle of places like Tokyo station and Shibuya. You can also catch a shinkansen from Shinagawa station, a couple of stops from Omori. We highly recommend Hotel Mystays and Omori as a place to stay when visiting Tokyo. We hope to go back one day.

We didn't originally book the hotel with breakfast included but the breakfast buffet was available for purchase the morning of. We did two mornings of it and the kids and adults both enjoyed it. The varieties were great for a smaller buffet that offered Japanese options as well as less adventurous individuals. The price was very decent as well! I also really enjoyed the offered DHC shampoo and conditioner. I am Asian American and have always used your run of the mill shampoo and conditioner but never thought to use Asian shampoos and conditioners that are formulated for Asian hair. My goal is to track down and load up for my flight home! The hotel also offered pajamas which was actually quite nice not having to wear our own which means one less thing to have to wash haha. The pants were a little short and weird but that's it.

We stayed twice. First in a triple room, second stay in a double. Both were reasonably spacious by Tokyo standards. The hotel ticked all the boxes and was good value. The triple on an upper floor had a great view, especially at night. I liked Omori. 2 stops to Shinawaga on the JR Yamanote line, from where all the sights are are easily accessible. Omori has a range of restaurants and shops and not being a tourist hotspot like Shibuya or Shinjinku means you can see more clearly the daily lifestyle of middle class Tokyo. Omori station has 2 exits with the other side of the tracks from the hotel having more shops and restaurants including a Daiso 100 yen shop if that's your thing.

The room has Japanese design, so pretty and so spacious for Tokyo standard. It’s close to Omori station which is just two stops away from Shinagawa station (Yamanote Line). The area isn’t touristy at all and so quiet but still have everything you need: food, mall, supermarkets, Book Off and even Mega Donki without the tourist 😆 The hotel is also super close to Haneda airport and they offer free shuttle bus as well (though only at certain hours a day).

clean, comfortable beds and room. complete amenities such as shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, face wash, toner, moisturiser, hair comb, disposable bath towel, shaver, toothbrush, cotton buds, bedroom slippers, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, fresh bath and face towels and so on... the sofa bed was made into bed with bedsheets, extra pillow, 2 type of pillow -feather down and memory foam kind.
